Increased By 0,4 Percent
In the apartments with the smallest size group fifty one to seventy five square meters, the
annual price increase was realized as % 5,2. In the same period, Ahmet Kayhan reported that the biggest rooms dimensions, 151 square meters and above, the increase in the apartments was very low and the prices of these large houses increased by % 0,4 on average. According to the survey, the biggest increase in home costs in the last year is Balıkesir with 25.9 percent, followed by Tekirdağ with % 18,5 of Çanakkale with 18.9 percent.
Anatolian Side Coming Forward
Anatolian Side stands out when the most increased prices of housing prices in Istanbul are examined. In the mentioned period, % 21,9 of housing prices in Maltepe also underlines the increase in Kayhan, % 21,2 of it with Üsküdar, % 20,5 with Küçükçekmece and Şile, % 18,8 with the Pendik districts said.
The increasing price in Istanbul started to revive the residential sector especially in the
Anatolian side. These real estate sales, which started for both the workplace and the houses, are expected to increase gradually.
