Turkey is the Export Leader on Hardware and Citrus

As a country that experiences all four seasons, Turkey has made a name for itself for its various farm exports. In the first 10 months of the year, Turkey has exported 337 thousand tons of mandarin and received 174 million USD in payment. This is a %20 increase in the amount, and a %47 increase in the received payment amount compared with the previous year. Its top customers were Russia, Ukraine, Iraq, Poland, and Serbia during the January - October 2020 period. These reports came from the National Citrus Council leader, Kemal Kaçmaz, who added that they hope to increase their export distance to the Far East Asian countries such as Japan, India, Malesia, and China in 2021.

While farming continues to be the country's top revenue, other means of production steadily continue to increase their revenue amount. In the industry, Turkey has exported 6.6 Billion USD worth of hardware in the first 10 months of 2020. While this is only the %1.5 of the world's whole market, Turkey plans to end the year with 7.5 Billion USD in revenue. The country's top Hardware buyers were Germany, Iraq, and Romania. The nation's hardware export revenue per kg was 4.1 USD between Jan-Oct. Hardware Industry Experts and Businessmen Association leader, Çetin Tecdelioğlu also noted that they sell more than 10 thousand items online.
