People Can Have a House From TOKI By Paying 185 Lira Instalment

Mass Housing Administration of Turkey (TOKI) continues to built houses in different regions of Turkey. This year TOKI focuses especially on the income groups of regions. Thus, for all people to have a house, TOKI make possible to have a house by paying 185 Liras of ınstalment. These houses are available for all people from retired to low-income families. Houses can be 1+1, 2+1 or 3+1.

Advance payment is 10 thousand Liras

For the residences in sale, the applications must be done to Halkbank or Ziraat Bank. The responsible person in banks will give the necessary informations and needed procedures to people who applied. As the advance payment, 10% prices of residence will be taken. 

One year residence condition

The ones who would like to have a house from TOKI should have lived at least one year in that city. The new project is for people with low incomes. Thus, they should be permanent in the city. 

Important things

Applications should be done to Halkbank or Ziraat Bank. Real Estate Sales Contract is signing during application. Application can be withdrawn within 14 days. Debt relief will be renewed every January and Juli in one year. 

15 thousand residences available for retired people

TOKI is aiming to built 70 thusand houses in this year. 15 thousand of houses will be built for retired people. President of TOKI Ergün Turan wishes that citizens follow them in Anatolia.
